Returns

At ayu2 designs, your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a full refund, less shipping charges. 

Please contact us at 201.562.8932 or support@ayu2designs.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be issued without a Return Authorization Number) within 14 days of receipt as confirmed by the carrier’s receipt date.

All pieces must be returned unworn and in the same condition you received them.  Returns must be packaged securely with sufficient packing materials.  Please use a carrier with a traceable system. 

Please note that ayu2 designs  is not responsible for returned items that are damaged because of poor packaging or that are lost or stolen. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on special custom made orders.

Before making your purchase, please be aware that the beads used in our jewelry are natural stones and therefore, there will be some individual differences in regards to color as well as some naturally occurring imperfections.  In addition, the antique and vintage pieces of our jewelry will show some wear, consistent with the passage of time and the vintage nature of the materials.  We select materials for our jewelry that are in the best possible condition, but we ask your acknowledgement of these unavoidable differences before completing your order.

Please allow for some slight variations of color in glass pieces as they are not always from the same original source.  Also, though the images included in this website have been adjusted for color accuracy, please understand that there may be some difference to the actual item.

Repairs

Due to the delicate nature of ayu2 designs jewelry and the materials we use, some damage may occur during the life of the item.  For damage caused by normal wear-and –tear, we are happy to repair the item for free.  In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we make every effort to keep that cost as low as possible. 

If you have an item that needs to be repaired, please contact us at 201.562.8932 or support@ayu2designs.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number.  (no repairs will be performed without a Repair Authorization Number)
